Special Babyplast nozzle that was designed as a hot half and provides all the benefits of a standard two-zone nozzle.
The clamping plate contains everything needed for assembly - all the preparation for installation inside the machine, centering pins and threads for fixing the cavity plate, insulating plate, sockets for easy interconnection of the machine and the nozzle.
The nozzle tip is optional according to the properties of the injected material. Standard beryllium or carbide tip for abrasive materials.
The nozzle is part of the clamping plate. Two functions merged into one and ready to use.
One nozzle can be used for more cavity plates.
Nozzle insulation with minimal thermal conductivity effectively reduces energy consumption.
