INSTALLATION OF HOT RUNNER SYSTEMS

We provide free installation of manufactured systems within our service. This saves time on the customer's side and guarantees the correct installation of the system into the mold at the same time .

We check sealing diameters and electrical circuit connections. Each newly manufactured or built-in system undergoes a load test of the heating elements and a check of their correct functionality before sending to the customer. All this to reveal possible deficiencies that could lead to a problematic injection process. If required, the assembly can also be performed at the customer's production plant. The criterion is sufficiently equiped tool shop necessary for possible dimensional adjustments of the molds.
